Our skilled team manages the design, budget, and schedule, working to establish the project roadmap that leads from concept to installation. We are here to bring your ideas to life.

The development is where projects are truly born. Our technical designers comb through every screw and weld-callout to make sure all the pieces fit like a glove. We engineer the mechanics, specs, plans, and details to guarantee that the final build is technically pristine. Detailed Shop Drawings are created for client approval and for coordination with other project teams. Design development is where we get into the guts and glory, making sure that your idea can be built to last.

It’s time to get this thing into fabrication. Our diverse team of craftsmen, fabricators, artists, and project managers work cohesively to ensure a streamlined fabrication process. From welding to screen printing, carpentry to electronics, we control the details of the build and therefore control its success. Clients can tour the project in our facility as it’s being tested and prepared for final assembly.

We’re almost to the finish line. Once fabricated, the project is packaged for delivery, ready to ship with the team, the tools, and the install plans for a flawless onsite assembly. Our role is to install each project beautifully, safely, and without the unexpected. We deftly navigate job sites large and small, coordinating with onsite contractors and trades. Professional and efficient, our installs are choreographed tightly to maintain control and efficiency throughout the process.

Prototyping Process

Whether the project requires a tried-and-true process or an experimental procedure designed specifically for your application, Tecture thrives in the space between possible and impossible. Our custom builds are a result of countless rounds of prototyping, testing, and experimentation. Employing old-school techniques with cutting-edge software, we are able to efficiently work through the constraints and opportunities of a project to bring it to life.

Coordinate + Collaborate

Teamwork makes the dream work. Our Project Managers, Fabricators, and Installers work cohesively with the larger project team including general contractors, architects, developers, and manufacturers. We know that communication and coordination is intrinsic to the success of projects. Collaboration is central to our build process, and our team is always there to answer questions and to field wild ideas. Friendly, focused, and fearless, we are an integral gear in the clockwork of your project.

Project Management

From start to finish, our dedicated Project Managers follow your project to ensure that all details are refined, that the budget is tightly defined (and adhered to), and that we coordinate the scheduling of services with the project team as a whole. We are your helping hand in a commonly chaotic build process. You can be confident in knowing that our eyes are on every detail to bring the project to fruition cleanly and efficiently.

Shop Capabilities

Our 10,000 sq. foot fabrication facility features a well-equipped Woodshop, Metalshop, and CNCshop (capabilities for metals, woods, and composites). We excel in ornamental carpentry, millwork, engraving, custom joinery, laminations, MIG and TIG welding, and project staging. Our shop is efficiently organized to maximize functionality, and has a dust free environment for fine processes and finishing. Tecture Fabrication is a flexible beast, and can accommodate projects of all scales and scopes. In addition, Tecture is a licensed General “B” Contractor, so onsite installation and sub-contractor management is included in our process.
